Although high heels at the moment are often worn solely by women and girls, there are shoe designs worn by each genders which have elevated heels, including cowboy boots and Cuban heels In earlier ages, males wore excessive heels as effectively. But as younger women, we aren’t taught the best way to walk accurately in excessive heels -we’re simply expected to know the best way to! Despite this, the shoe continued to evolve and by the Nineteen Eighties, the standard feminist view of the excessive heel had begun to wane. Heel protectors are widely utilized in ballroom dancing , as such dances are sometimes held on wooden flooring. In the 1670s, Louis XIV issued an edict that only members of his court had been allowed to put on purple heels.
